We are a Counselling practice that also offers other alternative therapies such as Hypnotherapy, NLP, Homeopathy and Nutrition advice either on site or in collaboration with other appropriate
professionals to give an wholestic package of care tailor made to the needs of our clients.

Cost of therapy:
Short term session fees are
- £50 one 2 one Counselling sessions -> £75 one 2 one hypnotherapy sessions
- Groups sessions negotiable according to numbers in the group.
Long term counselling session
Concessions are avaliable for full time students and those on benefits.
Stop smoking is £200 and can be one or more sessions
Fees for other alternative therapies are negotiated with individual therapists.
First consultation session is up to 90 minutes
other sessions are 50 minutes. (therapy hour is 50 minute)
